Ordering

 

  • Please ensure that you measure your cat correctly for sizing and choose the correct product before placing an order as it cannot be altered or cancelled once you have passed the checkout point.
  • Please notify us immediately if you have placed an incorrect order to ensure that we can rectify the order before processing.
  • No order will be posted before payment is cleared.
  • We aim to keep our customers well informed of stock levels. In-stock products are sent out within 48 hours of ordering (longer for orders placed on weekends or public holidays)
  • For products that are not currently in stock, please contact us for the estimated delivery wait-time.  As a majority of our range comes from the USA, shipping from the supplier can sometimes take 2 - 6 weeks. We will post notifications of received stock on medias such as, but not limited too; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. If you are waiting on a particular item, please contact us directly so you can be notified directly once the item becomes 'back in stock'. 
  • If you require a product urgently, please contact us to discuss options and costs.
  • If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are on back-order, your in-stock item(s) can be sent per our normal processing time and your back-order item(s) will be sent separately at no additional charge when they become available ~ this is subject to customer preference. You will be contacted with a preferred option in the case of back-order items. 

 

Deliveries

  • When an order is received and payment is cleared, it is processed within 48 hours.
  • Once dispatched, please allow 4 to 10 working days for delivery, depending where in Australia it is being delivered too. 
  • 'Australia Only' items can only be shipped within Australia. Please contact us if you are outside Australia to discuss options available.
  • Items purchased over a weekend or public holiday, will be posted on the next available business day.
  • Please note; the delivery rates for all items from this store are weight-based. The weight of any such item is included in the description. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo or gram or as per shipping company policy.
  • We make every effort to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition in a timely manner. If you would like to use other post options such as; express post, registered post or insure your item, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will inform you of the costs applicable.
  • If any delays are anticipated with your order, you will be contacted via the email address provided. Please ensure that the email address you provide is valid in order to receive timely notifications.
